What is the cancellation Policy?

There are NO refunds unless PARTICIPANTS purchased, at the time they made their reservation's, RUNAMUK’s "Trip Interruption Plan" otherwise there will be no cash or credit card refunds whatsoever.

Except for rental returns we are closed on Sundays (no rentals may start on Sunday). We are closed at noon on July 3rd and will return July 7 at 9am. We are also closed Labor Day.

Where is the pickup location?

13679 W Thannum Fire Lane, Hayward, WI 54843. If you intend to pickup and deliver the watercraft yourself you may do so anytime after 10:00 AM on the first day your reservation starts.

You will need a suitable vehicle (3/4 ton minimum) with a 2" ball, 5 pin flat wiring kit (or a 7 pin with adapter), and sufficient ratchet straps to secure the boat to the trailer. You will need at least a 3/4 ton pickup to transport this. If you prefer, check out our delivery service option.

If you select the delivery service option we will meet you at the closest public boat launch (DNR or Public Landings only) or at your dockside, depending on which option you selected and paid for.

What's Included?

Boat, trailer, adult sized over the neck orange life jackets; a throwable floatation device; tie off ropes; anchors; dock fenders; paddle; depth finder; updated boat registration. Also includes trailer use for launching and retrieving your watercraft (subject to availability).

Options include delivery and pickup service, towables (tubes), water skis, floating mat, prepaid fuel, trip interruption plan, etc.

What to Bring?

Drivers license and DNR watercraft operator's license (as required - visit dnr.wi.gov); credit card & cash, cell phone, camera, sunscreen lotion, fishing licenses, bait & gear (as required), towels, bug spray, cooler, snacks, sandals, etc. water toys or floatables, etc. If you have any youths, toddlers or infants please bring a life jacket designed for their particular size(s).

What to know?

This awe-inspiring specialty watercraft with triple oversized pontoons is large enough for 17 people (but capacity is also restricted per the Coast Guard to an average of 150 lbs per person). Read the law, our cancellation policy and our agreements BEFORE you rent so you know your responsibilities.
